loanDepot park is the home of the Miami Marlins, with a capacity of approximately 36,742 fans. The ballpark features a retractable roof and air conditioning — a welcome feature for Miami's hot and humid climate. Seating zones include:
- Field Level (100s): The closest seats to the action. Sections 4–12 around home plate are the most coveted for baseball. Premium home plate seats offer the best views and atmosphere.
- Club Level (200s): Upscale seating with access to air-conditioned club lounges, upscale dining options, and excellent sightlines.
- Upper Level (300s/400s): Budget-friendly elevated seats with panoramic views of the full field and the Miami skyline through the glass panels.
- The Clevelander Club (Right Field): A unique social experience with a pool, party atmosphere, and drinks — great for a lively game-day experience.
- Concert Floor (GA): For concerts, the field becomes general admission standing — the best spot to be near the stage.

loanDepot park at 501 Marlins Way has four dedicated parking garages surrounding the stadium. Each garage corresponds to one of the four main entrances:
- Garages 1–4: On-site parking, approximately $20–$30 per game. We recommend arriving early as these fill up quickly. Purchase parking in advance online when available.
- Street Parking: Limited metered parking in the surrounding Little Havana neighborhood.
- Rideshare: Uber and Lyft drop-off available at the stadium perimeter. Note that tickets are not scanned at the perimeter fence — walk to your designated entrance. Rideshare is highly recommended on event nights.

The MLB Ballpark app is the preferred ticket delivery method — we recommend downloading your mobile tickets before arriving. Hard-copy tickets are also accepted.
